1.99 ftp-proxy issues #35

Upgraded to BSDRP 1.99 ftp-proxy stopped working. Seems that 1.97 is the latest where it works. On 1.99, we see the following logs entries:

ftp-proxy [1145]: # 5 pf operation failed: Invalid argument
