Few issues on Info page

there's a few issues

• Initial liquidity providers have no record of liquidity added
• a number of swaps don't appear on the account detail page and some of the history on the token pairing pages
• something buggy going on with liquidity $ value, if two tokens are near each other in value the order is mixed up sometimes, see my note above (minor issue but don't know if tied to other issues)
• contract addresses are appearing on a number of swaps instead of the account making the swap
