Create o8c exporter

• Create an menu option in the Deck Editor to 'Share... -> Card Images

• Menu Option opens a dialog where the user can select which images from the current game (selected in the deck editor) they want to export.

• By default, all images are selected. This should not share proxy images.

• There should be two formats you can share

  • 1. Card Image Pack (.o8c)
  • 2. Zip File - File paths should use game/set/card names and not guids. Otherwise, it should be the same as an o8c
