I wanted to test the tool with this repo: https://analyzemyrepo.com/analyze/open-sauced/app
It gave me this answer for the issue template:
which means that's it's missing yet, the template is made in the .github community repo.
I think this could be a minor improvement to have a great stats.
Here is a vide of the situation.
It would be great to check the .github repo as well for the PR/Issues template to have it in the stats/analyze.
