Add child SRUID to logs in the child instead of in the parent

Use Case

Add the child's SRUID to the source logs in the child instead of in the parent. This way, we can see which version of a child is creating which logs in the Cloud Run console view.

Current state

The child SRUID is added by the parent to the child's log stream.
