Throttle Axis Mappings (CRJ, A32NX, PMDG)

Hi, I've been using this library for a while now and it's been extremely helpful. However I noticed that some of those new payware addons don't work with the "standard" throttle axis variables, such as "AXIS_THROTTLE_SET".

They need the "THROTTLE_AXIS_SET_EX1" and its variations (THROTTLE1, THROTTLE2, etc.), these are missing from the EventList.py file. Maybe the library can be updated to include this set of variables? Also, hope this can shed some light on other variables that might be missing or hidden in MSFS SDK.

I manually included this variable in the EventsList file and was able to have my custom Arduino Throttle working with A32NX, PMDG and CRJ, being able to set all the detents.
