Firefox - difficult to add text to Quotation

Users report that they have to click the edge of the quotation box to get a cursor to edit a Quotation.

I am not able to reproduce this in Chrome or Firefox (28).

But oerpub wraps quotes with a large " and webview uses a vertical bar. We should probably be more consistent (either changing the styling of aloha or of webview). Large double-quotes makes editing quotes more visible.

This has been reported in CNX user testing as an issue in Firefox on Yosemite.
