Provide means via ServiceLoader to decorate the ObjectMappers.

Therefore, can create:

 officejson_jackson_afterburner

To automatically register afterburner for ObjectMappers of JSON processing.

Hooks to decorate ObjectMappers available. Will implement this fix on tidying up TechEmpower submission
