Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
CARE captures the complete address of a patient. However, locating the patient would be much easier if the exact location from online maps (like google maps) can be added to the patients profile. This is especially useful for domiciliary care operations.

Today, when the user adds such map link to the address field, the same is saved and appears as text rather than clickable link.

Describe the solution you'd like
There are 2 ways to solve for this:

  • When a link is added to the address text field, save it as a link which can be clicked on by the user to access the map.
  • Add another optional field after address field for "Link to Location on Map"

This should be mapped to FHIR

I would like to work on this issue.

My proposed solution:

1.Make the map link in the patient's address field clickable so users can easily access the location.

2.Add an optional field for "Map Location Link" next to the address field for clearer input.

3.Optionally, embed a map iframe in the patient's profile so that users can have quick access to the location.
