Build a fallback system that would allow access to the servers if the Cloudflared Tunnel goes down.

Proposed solution: Creating a CRON Job at the Server that checks a publicly accessible API that invokes a fallback protocol. The fallback protocol may be initializing a new SSH tunnel and sending the details to the DevOps Team (Maybe even via Sentry)
