Lifestreams now queries ohmage periodically to get the updates. It is good for standalone and external use of Lifestreams. However, for internal use (e.g. use it as an internal DPU for ohmage), we may want to implement a Spout that query the updates in a more efficient way. (directly access DB?)

the performance of stream api has been improved, but their is a timezone bug when start_date is specified.
