IS it possible to make P2P communication?

Is it possible to use this plugin for P2P communication? I was hoping that i will be able to send JSON data from one dice to another. Is this plugin capable of such activity? I am struggling with ndef = null while reading nfc tag sent from this app from another device using ndef.write. Thank you.
