External LB move problem

Hello,

my system:

• okd4.13 with 3 masters and 4 workers.
• haproxy external LB
• ceph cluster

I want to move external LB to F5 but I don't know! My problem is haproxy external LB IP address because my cluster is unavailable if I turn off haproxy service.Of course that F5 LB is ready. it is as if the IP address of Haproxy is burned in the cluster.After I turn off the haproxy service and the F5 LB is working, the cluster is unavailable. If I turn haproxy back on, the cluster is available again. Does anyone have an idea what I should look at?
