Replace correct logo for the Ministry of Economy and Finance

Well, I've a little problem with this new logo: its proportions are very different from the last one, and from the one from MFA. I've had already a little bit tweaked both logos to make them have same margins, for aesthetic reason, but this time I'm afraid too much changes are needed, and I don't know what room for manoeuvre I have before having a final logo that doesn't respect the expected look and feel.
Do you think we can ask them to provide both logo in final dimensions with same margins, aligned flags, etc.? The actual height is 135px.
This is what I get with the new one (you can see that the baseline is too large to allow me to align flags without tweaking it a lot):

I understand your concern, but would ask you to deploy what you have shown above as we don't have time for anything else before the launch. We can then ask them to also provide a better version.

Could you let me know what I should ask for precisely re. format/pixels?
