Any chance of supporting the sun.jdbc.odbc..JdbcOdbcDriver for use with a DSN?

-dbtype ODBC -dbname [DSN_NAME] ... etc

Hi, sorry for the delay, I just noticed this issue. I'm not really working on this project in my free time any more, but will be happy to take a patch, or be commissioned commercially.
