Download via CLI errors without --output option #390

ome_zarr download errors with ". already exists!" when the --output option is not specified.

To recreate:

conda create -n test_omezarr python=3.9
conda activate test_omezarr
pip install ome-zarr
ome_zarr download https://storage.googleapis.com/jax-public-ngff/data/0.4/public_data/4252/domans_1211/2023-07/13/17-45-21.174/WM4237_TE_S1_ST.ome.zarr/0/
