[feature request] Downloading items for offline reading

Hi there,

I'm still new to Omnivore but I noticed the other day that the items are not downloaded for offline reading on the iPhone or iPad apps. I usually have access to Wifi or data but it would be good to also have the items downloaded for offline reading when we save them on iPad or iPhone. I'm wondering if this feature could be added so the items are downloaded to the app as soon as we save them and the newsletters are made available for offline reading as soon as the app refreshes while it has access to the internet?
