[Production] Getting an error when searching for a careteam

When I try to fetch a careteam, I get an error - see below screen shot.

Steps

1. Type in a careteam name on the search bar.
2. Wait for the system to search for the careteam. An error is thrown.
   

Acceptance criteria

• User should be able to search for careteams without getting an error.

@peterMuriuki NI was able to replicate your findings, some careteams are easy to search and get results some are not returning any result at all.
