Minor Text Updated

Fixed some minor text updates and layout.

site-ui as the primary ui project

Site UI is now the primary ui for https://sitenv.org. All Liferay portlets have been moved to the new framework and Liferay has been shutdown.

1.0 Release of SITE UI

NOTE: Not all liferay portals have been moved over to the new SITE UI Framework. However, the code is stable enough to tag this as a 1.0.0 release.

Sandbox landing pages have been rewritten in Angular
CCDA Validator has been rewritten in Angular
Direct Transport has been rewritten in Angular

Other tools that are currently portlets will be moved over to the new SITE UI framework.
