It is LUFTHOUS 360 LAPTOT, it is the same that Hyundai HyFlip 13.3 https://hyundaitechnology.com/products/hyflip-13 or PRIXTON 360
Screen is FHD 1920 x 1080 IPS but "monitor" in devices adminstrator is 1024x768 60hz (??)
I test some "sileadtouch.fw" but none is ok.

Please help me.
