Review the master copy of the OONI Probe apps

We should do a review of the copy of the apps looking for:

• Links which are no longer the canonical ones (ex. ooni.io vs ooni.org, older versions of explorer, etc.) (Update ooni websites links in app copy #978)
• Phrases which aren't as nice as they should
• Ensure we are using the & mark appropriately (Evaluate the usage of the & character in the app copy strings #979)

As part of this we should also look at the existing issues for app copy:

#970

We should time this well such that translators have enough time to reach 100% completion of the translation by the time of the next major release.

I suggest we do this after the desktop app launch.
