Describe the bug

We have had a couple of reports from users come in about issues with 4.0.0 and floating headers. See screenshots

Expected behavior

The headers should not be floating

## Proposed Changes

  - Update layouts to add `android:fitsSystemWindows="true"`.
  - Add layouts forpreference and onboarding screen.
  - Update dependencies.
