Describe the bug
Empty state shouldn't be displayed only a loading spinner until data is loaded

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

fresh install
authorize an account with some data
quickly click on a task list after sign-in
you should briefly see the task list empty state until all tasks are loaded

Expected behavior
The loading spinner should be displayed instead of empty state
