I'm converting stuff out of the gdocs Handbook and adding to our public github wiki. Unsure if this stuff can be public or what we should do with it:

I default towards openness etc in most cases, but I would prefer to keep our legal stuff not floating around in the public. This feels too much like walking in public in only undies. This is both personal comfort level and also, if anyone wants to know, they'll ask.

@lianilychee Don't disagree but for the sake of clarifying our expected attack service, what potential dangers do these documents pose? I'm speaking from a place of complete ignorance. I don't know if this info can be hijacked or used for ill. If there is any info in here that could be used to impersonate Open Austin etc then I think we should move it to Bitwarden. Even keeping it in gdrive could be a risk (part of why I removed our bank info from gdrive and moved to bitwarden)
