Order sponsors by name or by ward number

The order of sponsors of a bill should be apparent. If not already, it should be ordered by last name or by ward number.

What would be better about those orderings?

I want to see if a particular alderman was a sponsor and it would be easier to locate that alderman in an ordered list.
