Some bills are resolved but we cannot tell looking at the Councilmatic data #66

Chicago City Council frequently votes on a single bill that combines several bills, but Chicago Councilmatic doesn't show that the single bills have been resolved. For example, here is an individual claim that was resolved through a separate order. The City Clerk website links these pages through a 'related files' link, but the Councilmatic data do not show that they are linked.

This one is tricky.

We are planning to switch from scraping this data ourselves to consuming data from the Sunlight Foundation's Open Civic Data API. We will make sure that this issue is resolved in that data:

Here's some conversation of that issue over in a a sunlight repo: opencivicdata/pupa#86
