OMPIO status is stale in faq/ompio "How can I use OMPIO?"

Stale info in faq/ompio.inc item 2: "How can I use OMPIO?": it says OMPIO is used in the "current nightly builds" and is scheduled to be default in the "upcoming" 2.x release. 2.x and even 4.x are out now. This FAQ item needs to be updated to indicate whether it's now the default as of 4.x.
