CURRENT

Setiap pembatalan cash advance settlement selalu menjalankan _unlink_accounting_entry. Hal ini akan menimbukan error jika cash advance settlement dibatalkan sebelum mempunyai move_id

EXPECTED

Jika settlement punya move_id baru jalankan _unlink_accounting_entry
