last year the election was announced September 15th (nominations where due Oct 7th, voting took place Oct 18 to 20th), this year nominations are due Oct 13th and voting Oct 23 to 25, so having something published soon would be great.

We can probably take a copy of last years announcement as a template, let me know and I can create a draft PR to facilitate that.
