AppStart can be sent more than once

It might be confusing for users to see multiple AppStart events when the application has really only been launched one single time. Even though the subsequent events have a differentiating attribute hot, we might consider changing the subsequent events from AppStart (which isn't a great name anyway) to something like HotStart.
