Is the example still up-to-date?

Is this example https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-js/blob/main/examples/collector-exporter-node/docker/docker-compose.yaml up-to-date?

I saw

    image: otel/opentelemetry-collector:0.16.0
#    image: otel/opentelemetry-collector:latest

Does it mean the new version break?

Also I found another example which just got updated 3 days ago at https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector/blob/main/examples/demo/docker-compose.yaml

which reuses otel/opentelemetry-collector as both collector and agent.

It would be great to update the demo in this repo. Because it is a little bit hard to follow due to recent many breaking changes. Thanks!
