Validate SDK configuration

I have an application instrumented with OTel. I'm using manual instrumentation, to generate custom metrics.
The behavior of the metrics reported from the application differs between environments. Specifically, the Temporal Aggregation seems to be different. It is set to be DELTA and that is the behavior, locally. When deployed, the behavior is different, and it seems to continue to use a CUMULATIVE Temporal Aggregation.
I want to validate the configuration on both environments.
I enabled the logging for the SDK, but it doesn't seem to output the SDK configuration. Is there any other option to check the SDK configuration?
