Add filelogreceiver component to lambda layer

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to send lambda logs to an opensearch cluster. The cwlog subscription lambda has some drawbacks and raises the infrastructure costs.

A possible solution would be sending logs to a data-prepper instance using the collector

Describe alternatives you've considered
To instrument the application to send logs to data-prepper or in another solution to opensearch (directly)
