While reviewing a recent discussion about best practices for Baggage, we discovered that we do not have great documentation about how to best incorporate Baggage into your application.
During our discussion, we came across Python's Cookbook doc on opentelemetry.io.
We should create a similar document with code snippets for common Ruby tasks.
