add links from sub-domains to main domain site #1

Each of the sub-domain pages have a link to the top of that sub-domain:

However, they should also have a link to https://open223.info/.

This will make it easier to discover all the resources from any one of the resources.
Ideally, the links should look similar on all sub-domains. Eg on the first one, put this in the top left corner

open233 > docs

If possible, also make http://open223.info/ redirect to https://open223.info/
