Installed using ./install.sh, fixed using the fix in this issue #151 (comment). Dash starts properly, but upon plugging in my phone, the display says "NO SIGNAL" and turns off. I know Android Auto does start because music and maps open on my phone and start playing.

Update: turns out this might not be an opendash issue. Pi4 crashes every time I plug in my phone, no matter what is running. Its fine if the phone is plugged in from the start, but that's obviously no good for Android Auto. I suspect it might be the inrush issue where voltage comes from the phone and into the pi
