Issue identified during the 2015-07-22 Assessment Session:

Related to the QA-Plan:

and the additional SoftwareReleaseAndDeploymentPlan:
https://github.com/openETCS/governance/blob/master/SoftwareReleaseAndDeploymentPlan/openETCS%20Software%20Release%20and%20Deployment%20Plan.tex

the following issues were identified:

Development Phases description from the SoftwareReleaseAndDeploymentPlan needs to be moved to the QA-Plan
Picture of the agile process development plan needs to be added to the QA-Plan
Basic description of the agile development process as it is lived in openETCS needs to be documented inside the QA-plan
