labels: capitalized or not? #7

I would tend to not capitalize the labels for two reasons:

capitalization is much easier than de-capitalization (fewer exceptions)
non capitalized labels should fit snake case by just replacing the space with an underscore (simplifies pythonization for example)

@openMetadataInitiative/openminds-developers I'd like to discuss this.

after discussion with the team: no capitalization to keep acronyms; first to be done after the namespace
