lsof is very, very slow compared to lsfd that ships with util-linux these days and has json output for more reasonable parsing by third parties.

Seems fixed in TW 20250204.

$ rpm -qR zypper|grep lsof
$ rpm -q zypper
zypper-1.14.81-2.3.x86_64

it is the zypper ps feature that uses it.

In fact the Recommends: lsof is in libzypp because libzypp provides most of the features, like the data zypper ps shows.
(But there's no need to move this issue).
