The box was set to go into standby at startup, but when I checked it from WebIF, it seems to be tuned to the channel.

/etc/enigma2/settings

config.usage.boot_action=standby
config.usage.shutdownNOK_action=standby

Please reboot your box and check if the box is in standby after 5 minutes after boot directly on the box and not via webinterface.

Is there any activity in the box like EPG-Refresh after start to standby?
How is EPG at all set in your image?
What if you recall the box WebIF after 2 Minutes again without manual sending ON/OFF?

I cannot reproduce this on my box.

I try several E2 boxes, the problem repeats itself in all.

You can set After Powerlost and Boot-up action to "Goto standby"
Image

Reboot box from Standby/Restart menu item.

Box will be open your last watched channel.

Unplug power and plug in again.

Now box open, show boot logo and go to standby automaticaly.

After that you can check box status from WebIF.

I cannot reproduce the behavior in any of my boxes. All boxes are allways setup to have start service "Das Erste HD" also after standby. They start with activated start-service, but deactivate the tuner after few seconds in standby. Does not matter, if they have been rebooted, or had been started from deep or powerloss.
Did you check in the debuglog, which action in your settings avoid the deactiviation of the tuner?

No any EPG plugin installed to box, also no EPG scheduled.

I checked box status from WebIF after a few minutes. Still the same.

Please install ATV 7.5.1 on a free slot without settings restore. (clean)
Then configure network and tuner and install only your bouquets.
And then test again.

I have already done a clean install.

There is a debug log file.
Log started when problem reproduced and box on standby mode.

debug4.log

In your log I see a timing issue.
The standby screen will be started before the rest of the enigma startup is finished.

21:33:00.9203 [Standby] enter standby

21:33:00.9931 [Navigation] Playing ref '1:0:19:2A36:9E99:42E:1A40000:0:0:0:'

That's the problem.

Make a backup of /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens/PowerLost.pyc

Then copy the PowerLost.py from the zip to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens

PowerLost.py.zip

Make a backup of /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens/PowerLost.pyc

Then copy the PowerLost.py from the zip to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Screens

PowerLost.py.zip

When using the attached PowerLost.py file, it does not go into standby mode and continues playing the channel.
