Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, when clicking on a tobira-link in the Info-Tab, Tobira opens in the same browser tab.

Describe the solution you'd like
Tobira should open in a new tab.
Arguments: usually, the user/admin just wants to check if his/her videos were correctly published in Tobira. The administration of the videos (delete/upload/metadata changes) is still foreseen in ILIAS. Thus, the user/admin should not completely leave ILIAS.
