Editing freetext annotation: Each time some some blank strokes before and a new paragraph after the annotation get inserted

When opening the "Edit annotation" window of a freetext annotation there are always some unwanted blank strokes before the first paragraph and an additional paragraph after the last paragraph of the annotation (see screenshots). When you then save this annotation without any changes, this unwanted blank strokes and paragraphs end up being saved.

Suggested solution: Get rid of this unwanted blank strokes and paragraphs.
