Fix or Sunset

The app is no longer working but I'm not sure why. Should we fix it or sunset the application? Currently it is being used on the city's website. A simple map could be used to replace the app but it would not be as user friendly.

@aplannersguide I can try and assist. What exactly is not working? Search functions correctly and the map rendered correctly for me in Firefox and Safari.

@aplannersguide Hey Tim, gave this a try on my machine and discovered the error you're talking about. This is fixed by upgrading ffi from 1.9.25 to 1.15.4. I have submitted a pull request with this change. Let me know how it works for you!
