Dead Links in Docs for "Editor & Lookup Tool"

The editor and lookup tool cited in several places within the documentation appears to be dead; DNS Lookup fails (no records found) for both opencivicdata.org & editor.opencivicdata.org (though domain registration appears to be good).

Is there a new home for the tool, or is there a hosting issue?

Chiming in, it also appears that the docs.opencivicdata.org site is down! Letting y'all know since it's the name of the project and is referenced many places.
