Description

When activating the plug-in, a 503 error is experienced:
Error 503 - Service Unavailable
The resource you requested is currently unavailable. Typically this is a temporary condition. Please contact the web site owner for further assistance.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Install Plug-in from Wordpress Catalog
    2.Activate

Actual result:
Error 503 - Service Unavailable

Expected result:
