Update docs to reflect 1.13.3

I saw some changes in the documentation:
https://opendistro.github.io/for-elasticsearch-docs/docs/install/docker/

However Kibana docker image does not exist yet:
docker pull amazon/opendistro-for-elasticsearch-kibana:1.13.3

Could you update the documentation or upload Kibana image?

@lizsnyder & @keithhc2 - @huertalv has a point. Looks like there was a mistaken mention of 1.13.3 Kibana (which doesn't exist - see opendistro-for-elasticsearch/opendistro-build#793).
