• Create Instructional Design homepage underneath the Educator persona with space for concept docs, reference docs/templates per Review Shannon's Concept doc #173 (Feanil)

@feanil Shannon, John and I chatted today, and we're all on the same page about creating a homepage for instructional design content within the Educator persona. If you don't mind getting the infrastructure for that up, then John has volunteered to pull in their ~26 docs (and can give the documentator quick starts a spin in the process!)
