After installation as described in Opener Documentation and also in Github here -
opinion-detector is always ending with error that the right "lexicon" for "Hotel" is not found

-> '/usr/lib/jruby-1.7/lib/ruby/gems/shared/gems/opener-opinion-detector-2.0.1/models/de/hotel_cfg1/lexicons/polarity_lexicon.csv'

path to models is set to - "OPINION_DETECTOR_MODELS_PATH=/usr/lib/jruby-1.7/lib/ruby/gems/shared/gems/opener-opinion-detector-2.0.1/models"

we also adopted the "models.cfg" to the real existing models to

LANG|domain|pathtomodel|description

en|news|final_models/en/news_cfg1|Trained with config1 using only the sentences annotated with news
en|mpqa|final_models/en/mpqa/|Trained on the MPQA corpus
nl|news|final_models/nl/news_cfg1|Trained with config1 using only the sentences annotated with news
de|news|final_models/de/news_cfg1|Trained with config1 using only the sentences annotated with news
fr|news|final_models/fr/news_cfg1|Trained with config1 in the last version of hotel annotations_

  • i could not find where the lexicon is set to .../hotel_cfg1/... and cannot find anything how to let opinion-detector use the installed ones
