Add a deep link that allows to create a new project with a given taxonomy, and directly jumps to a node

Problem

• We have a very nice part of the website which allows you to see what ingredients are recognized
• There's no clear way to act on unrecognized ingredients right now
• The ideal would be to have a button that is a deep link to the Taxonomy Editor, that allows to create a new project with a given taxonomy, and directly jumps to the specified node

Potential issues

• People redoing the same PR between the time the first one is created, and the time it is live on the website
