this group is never shown in admin, so we can't enable/disable or change First visit dialog.

Hello!
That's true, seems that previously the dependency to opengento/module-country-store-redirect was mandatory before. Let me check what I can do to fix this nicely

I've moved the field in a backward compatible way, so you shouldn't loose any settings, and it should be available now.
